Wide sand, a steady cross-shore breeze and eight buggies on the start line. Wide open sand at low tide gave the buggies room to race. The course ran two long reaches and a tight turn at the far flag.
Cold batteries and frozen lines were the biggest problems. We kept spares inside our jackets.

We tried this at our local spot last weekend and it worked a treat.
Spring is usually quieter, go for it.
On a smaller board it is the same idea, just be patient on the lulls.
